2. Object
This legal notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the website hosted at the roocket.io domain and its subdomains (hereinafter, «the Site»). Using the Site grants you the status of User and entails full acceptance of the clauses published at any given time.
3. Conditions of use
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, this notice, morality, public order and good practice. In particular, the User agrees to:

Roocket does not control, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, policies or practices of those sites. Their inclusion is informative and does not imply endorsement.

Service descriptions published on the Site are informative in nature. The actual provision of services by Roocket will be governed by the commercial proposal and services agreement signed with each client, which will prevail over any information published here.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The Site is provided «as is». Roocket undertakes to keep it operational under reasonable conditions but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability, or absence of interruptions due to maintenance, third-party failures or force majeure.
Roocket will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data loss arising from access to or use of the Site, except where the applicable law requires otherwise.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute relating to the Site or its conditions, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, except where consumer-protection law imposes the forum of the consumer's domicile.
